Use as part of the Balance haircare routine. Work a generous amount into wet hair. Lather well, massaging from the scalp through to ends. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with pH-Balanced Conditioner.

Would give a 4.5/5
My only issue with this product, and its matching conditioner, would be the chemical kind of smell. Leaves my hair feeling amazing, both healthy and soft, and the smell it leaves on the hair is a lot better than the product itself smells. I would absolutely recommend but will say that the smell of the product(s) is definitely noticeable at first but you won’t notice it as much with continued use.

Amazing Results
Since starting to use this product alongside the conditioner, I have noticed such a difference to my hair. It feels softer, lighter and lasts so much longer! Would highly recommend
Not recommended
Never tried this product before, after used it for a week, theres a little tiny red itchy spots on my scalp.
So far so good
I have an extremely sensitive scalp and also live in a hard water area so I'm in a constant battle with my hair. So far I'm very pleased with this shampoo as it feels gentle and hasn't irritated my scalp. Used in conjunction with the conditioner my hair is soft and shiny, nice product.
Lushness in a Bottle
This product matched with the conditioner is a God send. My hair is so fussy, finding products that mean I dont have to over wash it and the scent lasts days. Will definitely be buying these products again, with there was a bigger option with pump!
New favourite Shampoo!
As someone who typically has quite oily hair, since using the balancing shampoo and conditioner, I have noticed my hair doesn't go greasy as quickly. This is now my go-to shampoo and conditioner! My hair smells amazing after using which is an added bonus!

Balancing for Oily hair
I really struggle with keeping oil under control from my scalp but my dry ends nourished and this does both for me! I also really like that the formula is clean and beneficial to my hair
