The shampoo, itself, is a great product, I tried their sample,it’s good for me….However it came with dirty(dried grass with mud) around the bottle and small leaking( someone definitely throw it)… I have spent couple days to communicate with the staff, 1 day per message,No solution..staff keep asking me the photos for a prove(understandable), but website doesn’t let me upload, even I have a photo with 2.2MB, on my phone &computer …wasting my time to do the exchange..Just want to EXChange new one with clean bottle and no damage…. How hard it could be? Business!!!
