New formula causing hairloss

Totally agree with the other reviewer, since they changed the formula, it's causing build up, scalp breakouts and hairloss, really disappointed.

Formula change

I have been using Intense Thickening Shampoo for a few years since I discovered it at Ulta. (Ulta doesn't carry it any longer so I order it online) this last shipment I received I noticed a change in formula. It went from a clear amber color to an opaque white color. The results sre different also. My hair doesn't have the same volume. It lays flatter. Same results I got when I used their Volume shampoo. May be time to switch brands....it's too bsd, as I loved the old formula.

My favorite range ever

I have been using Intense range from this brand for a few weeks and I am in love. My hair is fine so it needs gentle care, and both the shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair looking so healthy and shiny. I also really like the fact that strengthens my roots to prevent future unwanted thinning. I cannot recommend it enough.
